Additional Costs

• Travel cost to the venue is calculated and charged at R5 per km (AA Rates).
• Extra time (optional) and this can be arranged at the event and will be charged at a rate of R1,000 per hour, up to a maximum of 9 hours per day.

Set up requirements at the venue

All that we require is access to the venue 1 hour prior to when you want us operational. A 4m x 4m  space allocation, preferably under cover for the 360 Photo Booth platform and stanchions which block off the area for safety. Access to an electrical outlet no further than 10m from where the 360 booth will be situated. Wifi access is required.

Please be aware of the loadshedding schedule before booking your event times, however we do bring light to your event and supply a UPS when left in the dark, our colourful booth continues working for up to 1 hour during power cuts.

Sharing your videos

Guests scan a QR code to access their video and can instantly share their captured videos (with effects and music) via email, Whatsapp or Airdrop and share on any Social Media Platform. This helps generate exposure for your event which is a great addition to any Corporate Event and a perfect marketing machine to get your brand seen on social media.
